Hua Hin
An idyllic beach on the Gulf of Thailand and Palm beach resort
The seaside town of Hua Hin, meaning “Stone Head”, was named after the rocks at the north end of the powdery sand beach. In the past, Hua Hin was turned into a royal resort and consequently became popular among Thai nobility and upper classes. In 1928, King Rama VII built his summer residence Klai Kangwon Palace “ Far from Worries”. Compared to the famous beach destination as Pattaya, Hua Hin is more quiet and peaceful which is suitable for travelers who are seeking for chill and relaxing vacation. There is a long beach approximately 6 kilometers with fine white sand that you can take sunbathing, swimming or enjoy water sports. Besides that visitors can also enjoy golf, spas, caves, peaks, waterfalls, shops, seafood, and explore national parks in Hua Hin. The town is clean, friendly, and laid-back, making it ideal for families and couples.
