Booking and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY

  • Booking need to be made at least 15 days before arrival date

  • Booking Package will be confirmed via Email.

  • You will received confirmation letter once the payment is settled

TERMS OF PAYMENT (Travel Package)

  • Deposit : A deposit of minimum 50% of full-payment  is required to begin the booking process or to hold any tentative reservation on a confirmed basis.

In cases when our associates (such as cruise and hotel) impose a non-refundable deposit (especially during peak travel season such as Songkran festival ,Chinese New Year ,Christmas and New Year Eve ), Royal Thai Travel & Trading Co., Ltd  would endeavour to inform such conditions before beginning the booking process. The deposit amount requirement would be informed duly and supersede the amount outlined above.In the event Royal Thai Travel & Trading Co., Ltd. fail to confirm your trip, we would suggest alternatives for your consideration. If the alternatives are rejected, the deposit would be fully refunded.

  • Final Payment : Once the trip is confirmed, an invoice will be sent stating the final payment due date. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that Royal Thai Travel & Trading Co., Ltd.  receive the payment by the due date, failure of which may render the forfeiture of the deposit. ​

CHANG TO TRIP

If you wish to alter your booking we will do our utmost to make such changes but it may not always be possible to make these changes particularly close to the tour date. Certain changes may not be made or accepted within 30 days of the tour departure date and may impose a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangement.

For any changes made, Royal Thai Travel & Trading Co., Ltd. reserve the right to charge an administrative fee ranging from USD $35 - USD $125  per booking depending on the magnitude of the change and any further charge to cover any costs and fees we incur.

CANCELLATION CHARGES AND REFUND

Any cancellation of bookings is to be made in writing.

Deposits are refundable less USD $150/- per person service fee until 60 days prior tour period. Within 60 days prior tour period, deposits are non-refundable and the following cancellation charges shall apply.​

  • 60 - 45 days before the tour starts charged 30%

  • 16- 30 days before the tour starts charged 50%

  • Less than 15 days before the tour starts charged 100%

  • Cancellation last minute: No refundable

For Signature Departure trips, Royal Thai Travel & Trading Co., Ltd will purchase Comprehensive Travel insurance once the deposit is received (or 3 months before the trip, whichever is later).In instance when our associates have a stricter cancellation charges (especially during peak season), Royal Thai Travel & Trading Co., Ltd. reserve the right to impose our associates charges. Such conditions would be communicated in the course of the booking process.

 

All refund will be expedited but may take 1 to 3 months to process according to overseas administrative procedures.

 

After the tour has started, no refund will be made for any services unutilised.
